PART 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?

PART 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data warehouses, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. These are encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction data is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaboration between brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third parties we hire will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

SECTION 7 - SECURITY

When you provide us with your credit card information, the data is encrypted using SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) and stored using AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional widely accepted industry standards.
SECTION 8 - COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them so you can decide whether to disable them or not: _session_id, unique token, session-specific, enables Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.). _shopify_visit, no data storage, remains 30 minutes after the last visit, used by our website's internal statistics system to record the number of visits. _shopify_uniq, no data storage, expires at midnight (relative to visitors) the following day, counts how many times a single customer visits a store. Cart, unique token, valid for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your shopping cart. _secure_session_id, unique token, session-based storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the store has a password, it is used to determine whether the current visitor has access. PREF, very short-lived, set by Google and tracks who visits the store and where they come from.
SECTION 9 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this website, you declare that you are at least of legal age in the country or province where you reside, or that you are of legal age in the country or province where you reside and have given us your consent for your minor relatives to use this website.
SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. Please check it regularly. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you of these changes here, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may use and/or disclose it. SECTION 11 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Text message terms: We use an SMS platform subject to the following terms and conditions. By subscribing to our SMS messages and notifications, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By entering your phone number at checkout and making a purchase, subscribing via our signup form, or using a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS messages (regarding your order, including reminders of canceled orders) and SMS offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc", an EU company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data is used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, your phone number is transferred to an SMS provider to deliver the messages. If you no longer wish to receive marketing SMS messages and notifications, you can reply STOP to any mobile message we send you or use the unsubscribe link provided in each of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using other words or requests, are not considered a proper method of unsubscribing. You may be charged for messages and data. If you have questions, you can send "HELP" to the number you receive messages from. You can also contact us for more information. If you wish to unsubscribe, please follow the procedure above.
